Guided by Chef Matthew Pietsch’s years of experience dedicated to pastry, we create pastry and desserts that are both fun and unexpected. Our values for food apply in a strong sense to what we do with pastry.  We source only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.  We work with the finest chocolate, vanilla beans, flours, nuts and sugars, and fruit.  We process everything from raw whole ingredients. 

In the café, we proudly represent the region’s best with Contreras coffees, Frontier Company teas and Country Dairy milk. Come in to pick up a to go coffee pot or linger over a latté. Take a bottle of wine off of our wine list home with some local Evergreen Lanes Creamery or Carr Valley cheese.

Bakery Cafe is open Monday - Sunday from 7AM- 4PM.
